The cooling water plant represents one of the greatest operational costs in any facility. The two main utility costs associated with cooling water operations are energy and water.

Presenter: 

Elias Mullane is the Managing Partner and Head of Operations of Aquanomix, LLC.  He is a Professional Engineer (ME) from the North Carolina State University and is certified as a LEED AP BD+C Professional. The majority of his 20-year career has involved managing commercial construction projects throughout the United States with an emphasis of optimizing clients’ MEP systems.  In 2011, he joined Aquanomix to develop and deliver water management systems as a turnkey solution to new construction and after-market projects.  He is an active member of USGBC, ASME, and AWT.

NOTE FROM THE PRESIDENT-ELECT/CTTC CHAIR

I hope this letter finds all of you doing well and looking forward to some nice summer weather! I would like to start off by saying it has been an honor and true pleasure to serve Dallas ASHRAE this year as the CTTC chair and President-Elect.  May will mark our last presentation for the 2020-2021 campaign before we have our summer break.  I hope all of you have found the presentations and presenters both interesting and beneficial to our community.  I look forward to serving Dallas ASHRAE next year and even more exciting year with hopefully in person meetings coming back this September! Thank you to all of those who have helped me and to all of our presenters this year.
